A retired member requested reconsideration of the denial of his claim for reimbursement for personal travel to his home of selection incident to his retirement from the Navy. The member, who was reimbursed for his international travel expenses by his civilian employer, was not entitled to reimbursement for his travel expenses to Iran since such travel was not performed at the employee's personal expense as required by the applicable regulations.
