THE SETTLEMENT DISALLOWED YOUR CLAIM FOR $80.20, THE ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES ALLEGED TO BE DUE FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY FROM PICATINNY, NEW JERSEY, TO FORT BENNING, GEORGIA, UNDER GOVERNMENT BILL OF LADING NO. C-7414833, DATED DECEMBER 9, 1966.
