BY VIRTUE OF THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME BY THE PROVISIONS OF 41 U.S.C. 256A, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR RECOMMENDATION, I HEREBY APPROVE REMISSION OF THE LIQUIDATED DAMAGES IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $3,535.
