REFERENCE IS MADE TO YOUR LETTER OF AUGUST 10, 1960, WITH ENCLOSURE, REQUESTING REVIEW OF SETTLEMENT DATED JULY 28, 1960, WHICH DISALLOWED YOUR CLAIM (YOUR BILL NO. 2091-A) FOR $80.87 ADDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION CHARGES ON A SHIPMENT OF FOUR WOODEN BOXES OF EMPTY ROCKET HEADS MOVING FROM WASHINGTON PARK, ILLINOIS, TO FORT ESTILL, KENTUCKY, UNDER GOVERNMENT BILL OF LADING WY-3719913 IN APRIL 1955, WHICH YOU CONTENDED WAS A CAPACITY LOAD.

UPON RE-EXAMINATION OF THE RECORD IN THE LIGHT OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FURNISHED BY THE SHIPPER, THE EMERSON ELECTRIC MANUFACTURING CO., WE HAVE CONCLUDED THAT THIS SHIPMENT CONSISTED OF A CAPACITY LOAD. ACCORDINGLY, WE ARE INSTRUCTING OUR TRANSPORTATION DIVISION TO ALLOW THIS BILL, IF OTHERWISE CORRECT.
