FURTHER REFERENCE IS MADE TO YOUR LETTERS OF MARCH 16 AND APRIL 22, 1960, REQUESTING REVIEW OF OUR SETTLEMENT CERTIFICATE OF APRIL 13, 1959 (TK- 666782), WHICH DISALLOWED YOUR CLAIM FOR $255.85. YOUR CLAIM NUMBER IS OC 57-830. THE AMOUNT CLAIMED REPRESENTS THE ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES ALLEGEDLY DUE FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF A SHIPMENT OF AIRCRAFT ENGINES, WEIGHING 29,900 POUNDS, FROM TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, CALIFORNIA, TO BROOKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, ALABAMA, ON GOVERNMENT BILL OF LADING NO. AF- 3096187, IN JUNE 1955.

OUR TRANSPORTATION DIVISION WILL NOW RE-EXAMINE THE CLAIM IN THE LIGHT OF THE REPRESENTATIONS MADE IN YOUR REQUEST FOR REVIEW, AND, IN DUE COURSE, YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTICE OF ANY REQUIRED ADJUSTMENT IN THE SETTLEMENT, TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY REASON OF THE DECISION IN T.I.M.E., INC.
