PETITION NO. 566-57, NOW PENDING BEFORE THE COURT OF CLAIMS, IS BASED ON THE SAME STATUTORY PROVISIONS, RAISES THE SAME ISSUES, AND PRESUMABLY COVERS THE SAME PERIOD OF TIME AS THAT INVOLVED IN THE ABOVE CLAIM.
