REFERENCE IS MADE TO YOUR LETTER OF FEBRUARY 22, 1956, RELATIVE TO AN ADMINISTRATIVELY PROPOSED ADJUSTMENT AND SETTLEMENT OF THE AMOUNT PROPERLY DUE THE ATLANTIC CITY INSTITUTE OF TRADES ON ACCOUNT OF TRAINING FURNISHED BY VETERANS UNDER THE TRAINING PROGRAM ADMINISTERED BY THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION.

UPON CAREFUL CONSIDERATION AND REVIEW OF THE ENTIRE MATTER, IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT A REVISION OF THE RATES STIPULATED IN THE CONTRACTS WITH THE INSTITUTION IS NOT REQUIRED, AND THAT THE INSTITUTION IS ENTITLED TO PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE CLAIMED ON THE OUTSTANDING VOUCHERS ADMINISTRATIVELY FOUND TO BE DUE IN THE SUM OF $3,389.45.
