Claim for Drinking Water Fees

GAO commented on whether the Department of Labor may certify for payment a claim for drinking water purchased for employees working at a government facility that did not provide potable water. GAO held that the drinking water fees were to be certified for payment, since there was no drinking water available within a reasonable distance of the government facility.
