A firm protested a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contract award for janitorial services, contending that DLA placed the protester at a competitive disadvantage by disclosing some of its proprietary information in the solicitation. GAO held that DLA properly released the information, and even if it was proprietary, it does not put the protester at a competitive disadvantage. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
