A firm protested the rejection by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers of its bid for dredging work and placement of rockfill at backwater lakes, contending the Army improperly determined that its bid was unbalanced. GAO found that the Army's rejection of the bid as unbalanced was reasonable. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
