Si-Nor, Inc.

A firm protested the denial of its request for upward correction of its low bid on a Naval Facilities Engineering Command solicitation for refuse collection, recycling, and disposal services at the Marine Corps Base in Quantico, Virginia. GAO held that the Navy reasonably denied the protester's request because the protester's claim of mistake was based on workpapers that the Navy reasonably found to not be in good order and that did not establish the intended bid. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
