A firm protested its disqualification from further participation under a Federal Supply Service (FSS) solicitation, for information technology services, contending that there is no evidence to support the disqualification. GAO found that the protester's employees, including two management personnel, improperly obtained and reviewed other vendors' proposal material during the course of the procurement, and that FSS reasonably determined to disqualify the protester from further participation in the competition. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
