A firm protested an Air Force contract award for asbestos abatement, demolition, and construction, contending that the Air Force unfairly evaluated its proposal under the past performance evaluation factor. GAO held that the Air Force reasonably found that the protester's past performance was satisfactory, rather than exceptional because its recent experience was not on projects of the same magnitude as the solicited project and the particular complexities of the protester's projects were not an aspect of the solicited project. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
