A firm protested a Department of Defense (DOD) contract award for operation and maintenance of media systems, contending that DOD misevaluated the proposals. GAO held that: (1) DOD reasonably evaluated the proposals in accordance with the solicitation's evaluation criteria; and (2) the protester failed to prove that it was prejudiced by DOD's actions. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
