A firm protested a Navy contract award for portal cranes, contending that the Navy misevaluated its proposal and made an improper award selection. GAO held that the: (1) Navy reasonably evaluated proposals; and (2) protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the award, since it would not be in line for award even if its protest was sustained. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
