A firm protested the Army's solicitation for educational services, contending that the inclusion of an academic accreditation clause was unduly restrictive and overstated the Army's needs. GAO held that the requirement was reasonably related to facilitating the Army's achievement of its language training and readiness objectives and that it was in accord with the Army's regulation. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
