A firm protested a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contract award for supply delivery services, contending that DLA made an unreasonable cost-technical tradeoff decision. GAO held that DLA made an appropriate cost-technical tradeoff decision, since it reasonably determined that the awardee's low-risk, technically superior proposal was worth the additional cost. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
