A firm protested a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) award for computer maintenance services, contending that DLA improperly evaluated the proposals under the solicitation's evaluation criteria. GAO held that: (1) the protester failed to challenge the solicitation's ambiguity regarding price evaluation prior to bid closing; and (2) the protester's mere disagreement with DLA's price evaluation did not render it unreasonable. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
