A firm protested the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) reopening of a competition under corrective action, contending that no other offerors should be allowed to submit bids under the new closing date. GAO held that NOAA reasonably reopened the competition to qualified bidders, in response to a previous GAO decision. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
