A firm protested an Air Force contract award for space systems acquisition support, contending that the Air Force mis-evaluated the technical proposals. GAO held that the Air Force: (1) reasonably evaluated the technical proposals in accordance with the solicitation's evaluation criteria; (2) reasonably determined that the awardee could perform two contracts simultaneously; and (3) properly made award to the technically superior bidder. Accordingly, the protest is denied.
