A firm requested reimbursement of its protest costs pursuant to its successful protests of two Defense Personnel Support Center solicitations. GAO held that the: (1) protester was not entitled to reimbursement of its protest costs, since it failed to file a detailed claim within the 60-day time limit; and (2) protester's inability to contact the Defense Logistics Agency counsel and the illness of its own counsel did not preclude it from filing a timely, detailed claim. Accordingly, the claim was denied.
