[Protest of DOD Solicitation for Professional Medical Examination Services]
B-260747: Jul 18, 1995
- Full Report:
A firm protested an Air Force solicitation for professional medical examination services, contending that the: (1) Air Force should have set aside the procurement for small businesses; and (2) solicitation was defective in various respects. GAO held that the: (1) Air Force properly decided not to set aside the procurement, since it reasonably determined that it would not receive sufficient offers from responsible small businesses; and (2) protester did not furnish sufficient evidence that the specifications were defective. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
