A firm requested reconsideration of its denied protest of an Army contract award for electronic communications equipment. GAO had held that the protester was not prejudiced by the Army's waiver of the demonstration requirement. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that the Army would have awarded it the contract if it had not waived the testing requirement. GAO held that the protester failed to: (1) present information not previously considered; and (2) show any legal or factual errors that would warrant reversal of the original decision. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
