[Protest of Army Contract Award for Facility Maintenance and Repair Services]
B-258807.2: Apr 11, 1995
- Full Report:
A firm protested an Army contract award for facility maintenance and repair services, contending that the Army improperly gave the awardee a competitive advantage when it unilaterally provided the awardee with solicitation information. GAO held that the Army: (1) simply reiterated information contained in the solicitation to the awardee; and (2) was not required to disseminate such information to all bidders. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
