A firm protested the Agency for International Development's (AID) corrective action regarding the release of bid information, contending that it was forced to release more of its bid than another bidder. GAO held that: (1) evidence showed that the protester released its bid voluntarily; and (2) the other bidder was not required to release as much information as the protester, since AID was satisfied with its redacted proposal. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
