A firm protested the General Services Administration's (GSA) rejection of its bid for security services, contending that GSA improperly determined that it had been suspended from competing for federal contracts. GAO held that: (1) GSA reasonably determined that the protester was suspended at the time of bid opening; and (2) the protester was ineligible for award. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
