A firm protested the United States Enrichment Corporation's (USEC) failure to evaluate its bid for financial and compliance audit services, contending that USEC improperly determined that it had an organizational conflict of interest. GAO held that USEC properly determined that the protester was not eligible for award because of an organizational conflict of interest since, if awarded the contract, the protester would be reviewing audits it performed for the agency's predecessor. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
