[Protest of GSA Refusal to Modify Contract]
B-254162: Jul 26, 1993
- Full Report:
A firm protested the General Services Administration's (GSA) refusal to modify its contract, contending that: (1) GSA should have agreed to modify its contract to add products outside its scope; and (2) its protest was within GAO authority and met the contract modification exception. GAO held that the DLA decision not to modify the protester's contract was a matter of contract administration, which it would not consider. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
