[Request for Reconsideration of Protest of Air Force Solicitation]
B-250389.2: Jun 21, 1993
- Full Report:
A firm requested reconsideration of its denied protest against an Air Force solicitation for installation, removal, maintenance and repair services for various land mobile radio systems. GAO had held that the: (1) solicitation requirements were reasonably related to the Air Force's minimum needs; and (2) allegedly ambiguous requirements were sufficiently specific to enable bidders to intelligently calculate their bids on a equal basis. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that the solicitation requirements were unduly restrictive. GAO held that the protester did not specify any errors of fact or law that would warrant reversal or modification of the original decision. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
