[Protest of Navy Reopening of Competition for Workstations]
B-250963.2: Apr 19, 1993
- Full Report:
A firm protested a Navy post-award reopening of competition for workstations, contending that the Navy should not have reopened the competition, since it was next in line for award. GAO held that the Navy properly reopened the competition, since the original solicitation overstated the Navy's minimum needs, which could have affected bid pricing. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
