A firm protested the Air Force's rejection of its bid for commercial travel services, contending that the Air Force: (1) improperly evaluated its technical proposal and excluded its bid from the competitive range; and (2) failed to conduct adequate discussions. GAO held that the Air Force: (1) reasonably eliminated the bid from the competitive range, since there were deficiencies in the protester's technical proposal; and (2) conducted adequate discussions. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
