A firm protested an Air Force contract award for food services, contending that the: (1) Air Force improperly evaluated the awardee's bid; and (2) awardee was not eligible for award, since it lacked the required experience. GAO held that the: (1) Air Force properly reevaluated the awardee's bid; (2) protester should have raised concerns about the awardee's eligibility in its initial protest; and (3) it would not consider allegations that the protester omitted in its initial protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
