A firm protested a Defense Personnel Support Center (DPSC) contract award for warehouse services, contending that: (1) the awardee did not meet the solicitation requirement for warehouse capacity; (2) the awardee would pay less than the wage scale required; and (3) DPSC personnel did not make all material information available to all bidders. GAO held that: (1) DPSC reasonably determined that the awardee could meet its space requirement; (2) the awardee took no exception in its price proposal to the applicable wage determinations; and (3) DPSC informed all bidders about possible quantity increases, during site visits. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
