A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest against a Defense Logistics Agency nonresponsibility determination. GAO had held that the protester untimely filed its protest more that 10 days after it knew of the basis for protest. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that GAO should reconsider its original protest, since it obtained additional information confirming its allegations. GAO held that the protester failed to show any legal or factual errors that warranted reversal or modification of the original decision. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
