A firm protested a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contract award for socks, contending that DLA improperly determined that its bid did not conform to six of the seven solicitation items. GAO held that the protester: (1) untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after it received notice of adverse agency action; and (2) failed to diligently pursue information disclosing the basis for its protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
