A firm protested the Air Force's rejection of its bid for hospital services. GAO held that: (1) the protester was not sufficiently interested to challenge the Air Force's rejection of its bid, since it would not be in line for award even if its protest were sustained; and (2) the protester could reinstate its protest if SBA reversed its original determination that it did not qualify as a small business. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
