A firm protested the Air Force's decision to reopen discussions and request final offers under a solicitation for projector installation, contending that such action prejudiced its competitive position and gave the other bidders an opportunity to lower their prices. GAO held that the other bidders did not gain any advantage from knowing the identity of the apparent successful offeror, since the Air Force did not disclose the protester's bid. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
