[Protest of Treasury Contract Award for Laser Printer]
B-241206: Nov 13, 1990
- Full Report:
A firm protested a Department of the Treasury contract award for a laser printer, contending that the awardee's product did not meet the solicitation specifications. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to challenge the award, since it would not be in line for the award even if its protest were sustained. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
