[Protest of Marine Corps Contract Award for Tanks and Pumps]
B-241333: Oct 30, 1990
- Full Report:
A firm protested a Marine Corps contract award for tanks and pumps, contending that the awardee's bid was nonresponsive, since the awardee did not comply with the required minimum bid acceptance period. GAO held that the Marine Corps reasonably determined that the awardee's bid was responsive, since the awardee indicated on a separate standard form that it was offering the required minimum bid acceptance period. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
