An Army reservist claimed entitlement for overtime compensation, contending that his supervisor requested that he attend various administrative assemblies after his regular work hours. GAO held that the protester failed to provide any factual or documentary evidence to indicate that his supervisor ordered him to work overtime. Accordingly, the claim was denied.
