A firm requested reconsideration of its protest against the Navy's rejection of its bid for transponders. GAO had held that the Navy: (1) properly rejected the protester's bid; and (2) held adequate discussions. In its request for reconsideration, the protester reiterated its initial contentions and alleged that the solicitation was restrictive. GAO held that the protester: (1) did not provide evidence indicating that the original decision was erroneous; and (2) untimely protested an alleged solicitation impropriety. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
