A firm protested an Air Force sole-source contract award for data displays, contending that the Air Force improperly: (1) modified an existing contract after unreasonably determining that only the awardee could meet the urgent requirements; and (2) disclosed source selection information to the awardee. GAO held that the Air Force: (1) reasonably justified the sole-source award based on its urgent requirements; and (2) did not disclose any procurement-sensitive information to the awardee. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
