[Request for Reconsideration of Dismissed Protest Against GSA Nonresponsibility Determination]
B-238783.2: Jun 26, 1990
- Full Report:
A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest against the General Services Administration's (GSA) determination that it was not responsible under a solicitation for office space. GAO had held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to challenge the determination, since GSA suspended the protester from contracting with the federal government. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that GAO should either delay the protest or consider the merits, pending its appeal of the suspension. GAO held that the protester's suspension from federal contracting rendered it ineligible to challenge the nonresponsibility determination. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
