[Protest of Army Contract Award for Data Collection Support Services]
B-239744: Jun 7, 1990
- Full Report:
A firm protested an Army contract award for data collection support services, contending that the Army made an error in calculating its labor rates and made award to a higher bidder. GAO held that the protester untimely filed its protest more than 10 days after it knew the basis for protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
