[Request for Reconsideration of Dismissed Protest Under GSA Solicitation for Lease of Office Space]
B-236619.2: Oct 13, 1989
- Full Report:
A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest under a General Services Administration (GSA) solicitation for office space. GAO had held that the protester untimely filed after bid opening its protest against the bid evaluation method. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that GAO should consider its protest as a significant issue. GAO held that: (1) the protester did not raise an issue of widespread significance; and (2) there was no evidence that GSA abused its broad discretion. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
