A firm protested a Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) contract award for road construction, contending that BIA improperly refused to reject the awardee's bid, since the awardee's sureties did not actually own the assets they claimed. GAO would not review the protest, which the protester untimely filed more than 10 working days after it became aware of the basis for protest. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
