A firm requested reconsideration of its denied protest against the General Services Administration's (GSA) rejection of its bid and subsequent contract award for office space. GAO had held that the protester failed to submit sufficient evidence of site ownership or control. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that: (1) it submitted sufficient evidence of the availability of site control; (2) GSA advised it that it had submitted sufficient documentation; and (3) GSA also failed to properly advise other bidders of bid deficiencies. GAO held that the protester: (1) merely reiterated arguments it raised under the original protest; and (2) untimely filed its protest alleging inadequate discussions with other bidders. Accordingly, the reconsideration request was denied.
