[Protest of Air Force Contract Award for Medical Examination Services]
B-236266.2: Aug 15, 1989
- Full Report:
A firm protested an Air Force contract award for medical examination services, contending that the awardee: (1) would not be able to perform the contract; and (2) was only able to bid for the services because of a former employee's assistance. GAO held that it would not review: (1) the Air Force's affirmative determination of the awardee's responsibility; and (2) allegations of conflicts of interest which involved private disputes. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
