[Protest of Army Contract Award for Laundry Services]
B-232059: Aug 9, 1988
- Full Report:
A firm protested an Army contract award for laundry services, contending that it should have received the award, since it was entitled to a 10-percent evaluation preference as a small disadvantaged business. GAO held that the evaluation preference did not apply to total small business set-asides. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
