A firm protested an Air Force contract award for meteorological research, contending that the Air Force failed to conduct a proper cost-realism analysis. GAO held that the: (1) Air Force reasonably relied on Defense Contract Audit Agency advice in judging the bids' cost realism; and (2) protester failed to show that the Air Force's analysis was unreasonable. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
